Twenty-seven years of helping families in Washington buy, sell and keep their homes, and 34 families housed this year through United Housing Resources.
Kennedy Akinlosotu founded Nations Realty in 1998 and has built it into one of the longest-running Black-owned brokerages in the state.
In 2022 he launched United Housing Resources, which secured a $4M down-payment assistance grant from the Washington Department of Commerce and has put 34 families into homes in 2025 alone.
