Messages and inquiries
Where requests from customers, sponsors and communities land.
Dashboard → Messages lists everything someone has asked you through Ujima: a request for a website, a sponsorship inquiry for one of your events, a community wanting to list you. New ones show a count on the sidebar.
- Each message shows who sent it and their email; reply from your own inbox.
- Mark a message contacted or closed to keep the list tidy.
- The Ujima team also receives a copy of website requests and follows up.
