Events, RSVPs and tickets
Create an event, sell free or paid tickets, invite people and keep them posted.
Events are free to host on every plan. Guests RSVP or take a ticket, get a confirmation with a calendar file, and a reminder the day before.
Create an event
- 1Dashboard → Events → Create event.
- 2Title, cover photo, type and a description. Blank lines make paragraphs.
- 3When and where. In person, online with a join link, or both. Online links are only sent to people who are going.
- 4Guests: limit capacity, allow a waitlist, or keep the event unlisted so only people with the link can see it.
- 5Tickets (optional): add ticket types with a price, a quantity and a sales deadline. Leave it empty for a plain RSVP.
- 6Publish. The event appears on your page and on the Events page unless it is unlisted.
Paid tickets
Before you can publish a paid ticket, connect payouts (see Payouts and refunds). Then choose who pays the fees: added at checkout, or taken out of the ticket price so guests see one clean number. A refund policy line, for example "refunds up to 48 hours before", appears with the tickets and on the ticket itself.
Invitations and updates
From the event console, paste email addresses to send branded invitations with one-tap RSVP buttons. "Send an update" emails your guests and posts the note on the event page; choose everyone, those going, or those on the waitlist.
Registration questions and surveys
On the Starter plan you can ask questions at RSVP time, and send a survey after the event. Answers show in the console and export to CSV.
Duplicate, edit, cancel
Duplicate makes an unlisted copy with the same settings for a recurring event. Cancelling emails everyone who responded and refunds every paid ticket automatically; the page stays up marked as cancelled.
