Plans and billing

Listing, events, free tickets, the pickup store and the newsletter are free. Starter adds registration questions, surveys, follow-ups, email styles, insights export and a lower ticket fee. Growth adds sponsorship packages and removes Ujima's ticket fee.

Upgrading

Pricing → choose a plan, monthly or yearly. Payment is by card through Stripe. The plan is on the account that owns the business.

Changing or cancelling

Dashboard → Settings → Billing opens the billing portal, where you can switch plans, update the card, download invoices or cancel. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
