Your team: inviting people and roles

Dashboard → Team. Enter an email address, choose a role and send. They receive an invitation; opening it signs them in, or creates their account with just a password.

Roles

• Owner: everything, including removing the business. One per business.
• Admin: edit the listing, run events, reply to messages, invite and remove teammates, manage payouts and billing.
• Staff: edit the listing, run events and check guests in, reply to messages. No access to money or the team list.

Changing or removing

Change a role from the Team page at any time. Removing someone takes effect immediately; they keep their Ujima account but lose access to your dashboard. People on more than one team switch business from the top of the dashboard.
